Magnesium Tub

Ice Bath

Sauna
Unwind and detox in our traditional sauna, where gentle heat encourages deep muscle relaxation, promotes circulation, and helps clear toxins from your system. Infused with essential oils for a sensory boost.
Dopamine Shower
Awaken your senses with our exhilarating dopamine bucket, a burst of water designed to invigorate the nervous system, uplift your mood, and leave you feeling alive and refreshed.
Monsoon Shower
Refresh and revitalise under our monsoon shower. With alternating warm and cool sensations, this immersive experience leaves your skin tingling and your energy levels renewed.

At Solace Bathhouse, sessions are booked by the hour, allowing you the flexibility to unwind at your own pace.
To maintain a serene and spacious environment, we welcome a maximum of four guests per session, ensuring your experience remains peaceful, intimate, and truly rejuvenating.
