Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions:
Gift vouchers can be redeemable towards any Solace service or product. Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.
- Expired gift vouches do not retain any value.
- Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed towards seasonal special offers or any other promotional offer available at Solace Day Spa.
- Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for any legal tender (cash, EFTPOS, credit card or Solace Gift Voucher).
- By using and/or purchasing a Solace Gift Voucher you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Solace Gift Voucher bookings:
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice in advance of your appointment time is required to cancel and/or reschedule your booking.
If cancellation or reschedule request is made within the 48 hours notice period a 50% cancellation fee is deducted from the total gift voucher amount. No-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
